Licence terms

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is the binding one.

The provider is Walch Enterprises GmbH, Zollernstraße 27, 52070 Aachen, Germany (info@walch-enterprises.de). These licence terms apply to the Cube Trainer whether you buy the licence in the Android app via Google Play or in the browser through our shop. If you buy through our shop, its general terms and conditions (in German), shown during checkout, also apply to the order.

One-time purchase

The licence is bought once – in the Android app as an in-app purchase via Google Play, in the browser as a direct licence via our shop. It entitles you to use every feature of the app for as long as the service is operated; no subscription is required and no running costs arise.

Self-registered accounts start with a trial (currently three days) during which every feature is available. The right of use is non-exclusive, non-transferable and tied to your account; you may use it on up to three of your devices at a time (each browser counts as a device of its own). If you sign in on a further one, the sign-in unused for the longest ends.

If the service is discontinued

Should we discontinue the service, we will provide a final version of the app that runs without our server, unlocks every feature and lets you export your practice data. We will inform you in good time beforehand by e-mail to your account's address.

Withdrawal and refunds

For in-app purchases via Google Play, processing, withdrawal and refunds follow the Google Play terms. For the direct licence via our shop, section 9 of our terms applies: the right of withdrawal expires early once you have expressly agreed to immediate activation and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
