Delete data, keep the account

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is the binding one.

For Cube Trainer (Android app “Cube Trainer” / “Würfeltrainer” on Google Play and cube.walch-enterprises.de) by Walch Enterprises GmbH. You can delete single data without deleting your account. To delete the whole account: Delete account.

Yourself in the app, immediately

Open the app or go to cube.walch-enterprises.de in your browser and sign in. Then:

a time: Menu → Stats → under “Last solves” tap the time → “Delete solve”,
all times and practice results (solves, attempts from Practice, case statistics): Menu → Stats → “Delete all”, tap twice,
a shared solve: at the solve “Revoke sharing” – the link stops working,
the Bluetooth address of a cube or the cube itself: Menu → More → Cube & connection → My cubes → “Delete address” or “Remove”,
own algorithms: “Remove” at the case,
your name: Menu → More → Account → “Change”, empty the field and save.

What you delete in the app is deleted in your account on our server with the next sync (a few seconds). Only a deletion marker without content remains there (kind and identifier of the entry, time) so that your other devices take over the deletion; it is deleted together with the account.

Everything else: by e-mail

Other data – such as lesson progress or support messages – we delete on request. Write from the address of the account to info@walch-enterprises.de with the subject “Cube Trainer: delete data” and what should be deleted. We do it within one month and confirm it by e-mail.

What remains

the account itself (e-mail address, licence) and everything you did not delete,
the log with e-mail address, time and kind of action, at most 90 days (security of the service),
on other devices the working copy in the browser, until the app there makes its next sync.
